What dual monitor video card will fit the Dell 518?
I am looking to purchase a Dell 518 from wal-mart, and would like to run a projector along side the monitor. What after market video card would i need to buy. Any input is greatly appreciated.

The Dell Inspiron 518 desktop has one PCIExpress 16x slot.
If you don’t want to change out the power supply for a more powerful unit, the highest video cards you can use are the nVidia 9500GT, or the ATI HD4670. These all can drive 2 monitors independently.
If you don’t mind changing out the power supply for a more powerful unit, you can use any PCIExpress 16x gamer card, all the way up to the latest-and-greatest nVidia GTX295.
